Take a creative pause from the chaos of life and reconnect with yourself through art journaling, memory keeping, and mindful self-expression. In this playful and healing class, express yourself through writing prompts, collage techniques and meditative journaling using colorful supplies—think stickers, washi tape, gel pens, and objects found from nature.

This class is suitable for writers of all levels.
