This workshop class teaches, inspires, motivates, and empowers writers of kids’ books by exploring plot and craft techniques through discussion, peer-sharing, and writing exercises. Come with a work-in-progress – or at least an idea for one.

This class is suitable for writers of all levels.

Marcia Thornton Jones is a Kentucky Hall of Fame writer who has authored/co-authored more than 142 traditionally published picture books, chapter books, and mid-grade novels for kids including the best-selling series, The Adventures of the Bailey School Kids.
