You are not alone— Write with a supportive community to release the stress of current and past events. This class will explore ways to help you let go of stress as you write your way to peace.

Eugenia Johnson-Smith is an author, coach, inspirational and motivational speaker, and CEO of Positive Power LLC Training and Development, and author of Positive Power 30 Devotions to Help Unleash Your Positive Power. At the Carnegie Center, she is the Kentucky Black Writers Collaborative Associate.

This class is suitable for all levels.

CANCELATION POLICY:
The Carnegie Center reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met. It is best to register early to help our instructors prepare and to ensure the class does not get cancelled. We evaluate registration numbers 62 business days before a class starts to decide whether we can hold the class. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled six–two business days prior to the first class meeting. All participants will be notified by email and will receive full refunds.
