Linda DeRosett grew up in Kentucky, and after graduating from U.K., moved to Orlando, Florida. While there she began her career in program development and experiential education. working at the Orlando Science Center and the Walt Disney Company. Some of favorite career moments include meeting a month-old baby African elephant, feeding giraffes and working with volunteers in her non-profit jobs. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her daughter Lily, a student at Berea College. They travel as often as time and money allow and when they can find someone to care for their very spoiled animals.
