The registration window for the 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR TUTORING LOTTERY opens Tuesday, August 1 at 12:00AM. You may enter the lottery any time between August 1–31, 2023.
We offer both in-person and virtual tutoring options.
If you choose in person tutoring, your student and the tutor may choose to work virtually when needed; however, those who prefer virtual sessions are not allowed to use the building for in person tutoring. You must commit to your virtual schedule throughout the entire session.
A random lottery will be used to select students for the roster as well as students for a waiting list. Holly will contact everyone with the results by the end of SEPTEMBER. This is a family registration. If one child in a family gets in, the other registered children will automatically be accepted. When registering, please list all the children you would like to register.
If you are accepted into the 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR tutoring session, there is a non-refundable registration fee of $65. If your child is on free or reduced lunch at school, the non-refundable fee is $5. Tutoring takes place once a week for one hour with a volunteer tutor, and the program runs September to May.
