Writing Critique Night

Please note: Because Writing Critique Night is happening virtually, registration is required and will open two weeks before the event (Tuesday, April 20). Submissions from those registered will be accepted via email until Friday, April 30.

Receive feedback on your first page from panelists of authors, agents, and publishers. Panel TBA.

Upon registration (which will open approximately two weeks before the event), please submit your first page (250 words/one-page max; double-spaced, 12-point font; with the genre typed at the top of the page) of your work to INFO@CarnegieCenterLex.org.

Submissions will be accepted from those registered via email until Tuesday, April 20, and pieces read at the event will be selected at random.

A reader will read your piece aloud so it remains anonymous. We will get through as many submissions as possible. Time is limited. Even if we don’t read your piece, you will still benefit from listening to the feedback.

This is a FREE, online event happening via Zoom. Registration is required. Registration opens on Tuesday, April 20.
