Q-Munity Writing Group – Summer 2023
Writing may be a solitary endeavor, but writers grow in their craft when they find someone for feedback and support. Contoured to the LGBTQIA+ community, this group will allow you to explore your authentic voice and expression while discovering the rich history and current landscape of LGBTQ+ writing. Welcoming of all genres, writing levels, and identities, it will be a generative workshop with in-class free writing and directed exercises. New and returning students are welcome.
Jay McCoy has served the local writing community for years through mentoring, teaching classes, and co-hosting open mic series. [ALL LEVELS]
This class is suitable for all levels.
