Literacy for Little Ones: Fun with Books & Sounds – Spring 2021

NEWBORNS TO 3-YEAR-OLDS & THEIR GROWN-UPS: (Formerly Click, Clack, Moo: Fun with Sounds) It’s never too early to have fun with books and sounds. This weekly virtual newsletter and class will help you introduce your little one to oral language skills. Through engaging book-themed activities, we will encourage children to make associations between letters, sounds, and their own voice! Learn creative ways to use books in your daily activities with your little one. A free book and craft package will be mailed to first 10 registered families (with addresses registered with the Carnegie Center). Led by speech-language pathologist Melissa Johnson-Farris. Funded by PNC Foundation.
