Inner Lives: Using Meditation to Dig Deep into Scene and Character – Fall 2024

Whether you’re brainstorming new ideas, getting to know your characters, trying to conjure a scene, or revising, these meditations will help you build a richer, deeper connection to your characters and your stories. No meditation experience necessary! Each class will include two meditations followed by free writing time and an opportunity to share what you’ve discovered.

Laurie Calkhoven, an Author Accelerator certified Book Coach, is the author of more than 50 books for young readers, ranging from beginner readers through young adult. Many of her novels have appeared on state reading lists.

This class is suitable for all levels.
