How to be an Antiracist Writer – Fall 2023

If you are a white writer who wants to feature diverse characters in your writing, or a BILPOC writer who wants to decenter whiteness in your work, this 6 week, half generative, half workshop class will have something for you. Based on Ibram X Kendi’s How to Be an Antiracist, this class will be a safe space for writers, in a no-shame and positive environment.

Claudia Love Mair is a writing teacher and the Coordinator for the Kentucky Black Writer’s Collaborative. She holds an MFA from Spalding University and is the author of 13 books.

This class is suitable for all levels.
