Free Your Mind: Writing as an Outlet – Winter 2023

You are not alone—come write with a supportive community to release stress. This class will assist you with letting go of the stress of the past several years. It is an opportunity for you to heal from the loss and hardship caused by the pandemic, social unrest, racial injustice, and natural disasters.

Eugenia Johnson-Smith is an author, coach, inspirational and motivational speaker, and C.E.O. of Positive Power LLC Training and Development. She empowers her clients to be a positive influence in the home, the community, and the world.

This class is suitable for all levels.
