Building & Monetizing a Newsletter – Winter 2022

Newsletters are the new blogs. They can be about anything you want, no matter how specific (over the last year, writers have started newsletters about topics ranging from tinned fish to life in Appalachia). But how do you transition your newsletter from passion project to profit? Instructor Ashlie Stevens, who writes the weekly food newsletter “The Bite,” will host a one-day seminar on making your newsletter work for you. For all levels.

Ashlie Stevens is a food writer whose work has been featured in and on NPR, National Geographic, The Atlantic, Eater, and Vice. She is currently the deputy food editor at Salon.
