This writing circle offers an opportunity for writers to gather, write, and share using embodiment techniques to further tap into the deep well of creativity within you. Each session will include a somatic practice, writing prompts, time to write and share your writing. Because of the nature of this circle, it is imperative that you come with an understanding that this is a brave space where the experiences of marginalized individuals are handled with space and care.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Samar Jade is a writer and certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner. Their full length poetry book “Blue Violet: Haint Spaces” will be released by Finishing Line Press in November 2025.
