Join us for a monthly discussion group of contemporary Latin American, Latinx, and Hispanic fiction conducted in Spanish. The group welcomes members who are comfortable reading adult Spanish-language books and talking about them. Books will be selected based on group member interests. Join us one Saturday each month for a discussion on books written in Spanish by contemporary Latin American authors.

March/April book: TBA

Tatianna Verswyvel is a native Spanish speaker with a B.A. in International Affairs from Transylvania University. She works as an editorial assistant at the University Press of Kentucky.

Acompáñanos a hablar de libros escritos por autores contemporáneos de origen latinoamericano, Latinx, e hispanohablante. Este grupo invita miembros que buscan leer libros en español y discutirlos en el mismo idioma. Los libros se seleccionarán acorde a los intereses de los miembros.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Carnegie Center reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met. It is best to register early to help our instructors prepare and to ensure the class does not get cancelled. We evaluate registration numbers 62 business days before a class starts to decide whether we can hold the class. Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled six–two business days prior to the first class meeting. All participants will be notified by email and will receive full refunds.
