Open Records Request Procedure

The Carnegie Literacy Center, Inc., dba Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning, abides by the Kentucky Open Records & Open Meetings Act (KRS 61.870 et seq.) updated in June 2021. Further, the Carnegie Center follows the rules and regulations of the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, which are found at 200 KAR 1:020.

To officially request public records, please complete the Request to Inspect Public Records Form found on the Kentucky Attorney General’s website, and send it to the Records Custodian listed below:
