Become a young chef by getting your hands gooey and ooey with food! You’ll use kid-friendly recipes to make fun and delicious snacks! You’ll be able to sample these snacks, take a goodie bag home with you, and keep a copy of the recipe so you can make it for your family!

Search for Bigfoot: A Writing Adventure

It’s big. And smelly. And it’s been seen lurking around the Carnegie Center. Some call it Sasquatch, others use Bigfoot or Yeti. But all agree it’s up to nine-feet tall with glowing red eyes and a rotten egg odor. If you’re brave enough, join us on this writing adventure, where we’ll publish a story that will impress your teachers in the fall. We’ll end the week with an authors’ reading and autograph party!

Kids: Do you want to help others and make the world a better place? In this class, you’ll learn how to look inside yourself to find your passion and dream up a way to share it with others. We’ll use creativity, thinking skills, goal setting, and character building, all while building self-confidence and personal growth. As we learn to share our passion with the world, we are increasing the good to all who receive it!
