    Flavor, Memory, Identity: Food Writing

With Dan Wu. Food does much more than feed the body. It triggers memory, fuels imagination, and connects cultures. We will use all of our senses to write and tell stories about our relationships with food. From the best bites we’ve ever taken to childhood memories at our grandmother’s table to cooking as a means of surviving and thriving, we will dig deep and explore everything that food means to us. Dan Wu is the owner and head dishwasher at Atomic Ramen. He juggles his nascent restaurant with community service, writing, podcasting, and cosplaying. [ALL LEVELS] [NEW!] ...
