Latest from the Tutoring Coordinator
We are midway through our tutoring year, and it has been great! It is wonderful to see tutoring friends in the building, with lots of smiles and laughter. Our roster is full for the 2012-2013 school year, as is our waiting list, but if you are interested in our Summer Session, please mark May 1 at 10:00 am on your calendar! You may call or come in to register, but remember that the spots fill up quickly. The registration fee for the summer is $35.00, $5.00 for students on free/reduced lunch. The Summer Session will run for seven weeks: June 10-July 26. Students will meet once a week for an hour with their own tutor.
Remember that we follow the calendar for Fayette County Public Schools; there is no tutoring on days that Fayette County Schools are closed. This includes January 21 for Martin Luther King Day, February 18, March 15, and April 1-5 for Spring Break. Also, please be aware of school closings for snow days.
