Latest from the Tutoring Coordinator
As the 2011-12 school year wraps up, don’t forget that we offer tutoring in the summertime. If a student and his/her tutor want to continue tutoring through June and July, that is great! Please remember that the student must register for the summer program.
Summer registration for new or returning students is on Tuesday, May 1, at 9 am. Because of the limited number of slots available, we strongly recommend that you call the Carnegie Center as early as possible on May 1 or come to the Center in person at 9 am. The phone number is 859-254-4175. Please do not call before 9 am.
As the days get warmer, remember that you may tutor in Gratz Park near the Carnegie building. Getting fresh air is a good thing! Feel free to take supplies with you outside; we also have beach towels and sidewalk chalk.
Happy Tutoring!
