Here at the Carnegie Center, we’re wild for writing, reading, and learning.
Through the New Year, come “Roar for Reading” with us! We’re setting up a photo booth for kiddos and families, with a background straight from the pages of Where the Wild Things Are. Grab a prop—Max’s crown, scepter, or a very scary pair of horns—and show us your loudest, fiercest roar. Let us snap a photo or short video of you and your little ones, and you’ll get a free, brand new copy of Where the Wild Things Are (just in time to check out the Maurice Sendak Art Exhibit at Lexington Public Library!).
