This term, the U.S. Supreme Court is considering several cases with significant implications for the First Amendment, involving free speech, religious liberty, and electoral reform. This class will discuss the history of the Court’s First Amendment rulings and will highlight the major cases the Court is deciding in 2018 on these issues.
