With Chuck Stamper.

Chuck Stamper, a 4-H youth development extension agent with many years of experience working with students and teachers, will talk about the many different ways that children learn; how best to incorporate different teaching methods; specific suggestions for using the child’s senses, structure, and repetition; and how to use praise in appropriate ways. This training is helpful for all tutors and parents—even those who work with learners who aren’t struggling. This workshop is for parents and tutors, not for children.

Dinner will be provided–registration is required.
