Karen M. Leet started writing by the time she was 10, and she’s sold hundreds of articles and stories since then. Currently, she has four children’s books in print (Capstone); she co-authored Civil War Lexington, Kentucky, for adult and teen readers (The History Press), and she’s working on a children’s book tentatively titled Kidnapped in Kentucke (The History Press). Her most recent kids’ historical novel is titled Sarah’s Courage: A Kentucky Frontier Kidnapping (The History Press).
