NaNoPlano Session

Stephen Williams

Stephen Williams graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in English and has been the Municipal Liaison for the Lexington Region of National Novel Writing Month for two years. Stephen has several manuscripts currently being edited and while he loves the process, understands the frustration and confusion that comes with approaching a rough draft. Stephen also operates a blog that has accumulated over a total of 40,000 views and has attended several literary conventions to learn about the editing and publishing process.

Writers will learn what they need to prepare for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in November from how write-ins work to structuring plot and characters. Join with other NaNoWriMo writers to discuss potential plans for writing a novel in 30 days. We will go over how to set up a NaNoWriMo account on the website and keep track of your daily word count. We will also discuss the events we have planned and make further arrangements to help all the Lexington area writers (and beyond) succeed this year. [ALL LEVELS]
