Meditation is a centuries-old practice of watching the mind. Participants will learn breath, sound, and body awareness meditations, meditation posture, and tips on how to include meditation in their writing practice. We’ll use a series of guided meditations and generative creative writing exercises. The workshop is intended for those who want to try meditation but never have, though all experience levels are welcome. Writing exercises are non-genre specific.
