This creative nonfiction class offers practices in mining personal stories and developing short works, such as personal essays and stories, and longer works, such as memoirs. This class incorporates daily journaling, weekly writing exercises, practical ways to explore life’s threads, graphic organizers, and memory devices. Students will submit a manuscript for publication in a class anthology as the final project. Anella Wetter is the author of Hear Me Universe , a self-published Amazon best seller and is currently writing her memoir. [ALL LEVELS]
