Mike Stratford

Mike Stratford is a Certified Grant Writer® with the American Grant-Writer’s Association and has a CPA license. He is President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Bluegrass Chapter. Mike has been a Major Gift officer in the Bluegrass area for 14 years.

Mike currently directs grant-writing and foundation relations while teaching part-time at Asbury University. Besides his role with AFP, Mike serves on the boards of the Appalachian Mission Initiative (AMI), Christians in the Visual Arts (CIVA), and the Advisory Board of YouthAlert! Mike earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of N.C., Chapel Hill and Master’s Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.
